Job Title: Senior Email Performance Analyst


Position Summary:

The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research ("the Foundation") is seeking top talent for its Senior Email Performance Analyst.  Reporting to the VP, Head of Data & Analytics, this position plays a critical role in driving data-informed decisions for email marketing initiatives. This individual will partner closely with the VP of Data & Analytics and Director of Email Marketing to optimize email performance, enhance audience cultivation, and support lifecycle marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign and audience performance, including engagement, conversion, ROI, deliverability, and list health; establish benchmarks to measure performance over time 
  • Identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve email engagement, deliverability, and lifecycle performance 
  • Design, implement, and maintain a scalable email testing and experimentation framework (e.g., A/B and multivariate testing) to support continuous optimization and long-term audience learning 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key email and audience Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Email Marketing to support email strategy, audience segmentation, personalization, retention, and list growth initiatives aligned with business goals 
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, user journeys, and email-driven website behavior 
  • Analyze CRM-driven user journeys and recommend improvements to email touchpoints that support audience cultivation and retention
  • Partner with paid media and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, coordinated testing, and aligned performance measurement across channels 


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in email marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing, or a related analytics role; senior analyst–level experience preferred 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics for campaign performance tracking, audience analysis, and optimization 
  • Experience with experimentation and optimization methodologies, including A/B testing and performance measurement 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and uncover actionable insights 
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, compliance standards, audience segmentation, and CRM-driven marketing strategies 
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across team 

 

Compensation & Benefits
Individual compensation for this role is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, skillsets, and applicable laws.  In addition to salary, the Foundation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Salary Range
$105,000$125,000 USD
