Who You Are:
You are a seasoned commercial finance leader who understands how revenue, trade, pricing, and margin come together in a Food CPG business. You are a trusted partner to Sales and Marketing, helping grow the top line while protecting profitability and ensuring discipline. You love getting into the numbers, but you’re equally effective influencing cross-functional leaders with clarity, data, and confidence.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy building capabilities, not just maintaining them. You’re motivated by impact and take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables.
The Task At Hand:
The Sales Finance Leader is responsible for partnering with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Category Management, Sales Planning, Trade Planning, and FP&A to drive profitable growth. You will own pressure testing and validating all inputs into the commercial P&L and be the financial voice in pricing, promotions, and customer strategies. You will build guardrails, elevate insights, and help the business make data-driven decisions. You will align cross-functional partners and ensure we have reliable, timely visibility into where the business is headed. You will help build the processes, tools, and discipline that enable predictable performance and proactive decision-making.
This role ensures that our investments in trade, pricing, distribution, and innovation translate into incremental volume and healthy margins. You will build customer P&Ls, lead monthly financial reviews, and improve forecast accuracy.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on revenue, profitability, planning, and strategy.
