  • Partner with Prospect Research and Prospecting to prioritize prospects, support portfolio health, and analyze trends across key performance indicators to inform strategy and mitigate risk

Leadership & High-Value Engagement Activation

  • Facilitate prospect strategies around leadership travel and Foundation events, aligning priority donors and engagement objectives in partnership with Relationship Managers and Events
  • Recommend candidates for committees, councils, and key engagement opportunities, and support the development of executive briefings, event lookbooks, and strategic materials to advance donor momentum

Cross-Functional Alignment & Strategic Enablement

  • Act as a bridge across Fundraising, Prospect Research, Fundraising Operations, Revenue Growth, Donor Relations, and Marketing to align donor strategy with systems and execution
  • Coordinate pipeline reviews and strategy discussions to evaluate donor movement and surface solutions. Develop tools, frameworks, and playbooks that support consistent, high-impact fundraising practices across teams

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in fundraising strategy, donor relations, or campaign management
  • Ability to connect strategic vision with operational execution in a complex environment
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of donor pipelines, cultivation, and stewardship strategy
  • Event execution or direct fundraising experience preferred
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential donor information
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms strongly preferred
