Last year GSMA embarked on a significant investment in its digital transformation starting with an evolution of the Salesforce CRM system to build firm foundations to underpin the entire prospect to cash lifecycle for GSMA and its customers. The Finance function has embraced automation across a number of processes and is keen to continue this journey. With Salesforce Transformation launching in Q3, this is the ideal time to bring in a senior manager to support the automation of billing and collections processes, working closely with subject matter experts within the team.

About the Team
The role will join the senior finance management team working closely with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance Business Partnering to drive the automation agenda. This role will be an integral part of the project delivery team working alongside IT, project services and operations stakeholders.
About the Role
Within the project, this role will represent finance and bringing the relevant experts and points of view when needed. They will act as the interface between the project team and a small expert team of accounts receivable specialists and credit controllers who manage the billing and collection of a large and complex portfolio of products and services which total around £200m in revenue.
A key component of this role will be to identify and recommend both process and systems changes to the steering group, bringing together different stakeholder perspectives from across the organisation.
