Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Vendor Solutions team is searching for a Sr. Manager to lead delivery partner (vendor) sales programs for two or more business segments: Sales Development (SaaS inbound prospective customer engagement) and SaaS Sales (closing initial sales, customer success, driving renewals). The person hired into this role will leverage their sales, vendor management, and people management experience to lead their team and delivery partners to success supporting LinkedIn’s customers.

The Sr. Manager, GTM Vendor Solutions (Sales) will act as both player and coach to ensure the delivery partner team is set up for success. They will partner closely with global cross-functional leaders throughout LinkedIn to help solve problems and grow the impact of our delivery partners – primarily focused on increasing bookings and revenue. While this role sits within an Operations team at LinkedIn, the person hired will require a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s products, strong sales background, experience working with a global team, and experience partnering with outside suppliers. This is all in addition to thorough experience in building successful sales motions and workflows.

Hold team accountable to quarterly goal setting and evaluation (Smart Goals) and completion of weekly and monthly administrative responsibilities
Treat escalations from stakeholders or delivery partners with priority and partner with Program Managers or GTM Vendor Solutions leadership to identify and implement corrective actions
