About the role
Elemental Impact is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships to help grow and strengthen our ecosystem of corporate, investor, and strategic partners, with an initial focus on Elemental’s emerging data center innovation program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic relationship-builder who is energized by advancing climate innovation through partnerships and ecosystem building. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in convening stakeholders across the energy, technology, and investment landscape to support the deployment of innovative climate technologies and advance market transformation.
The ideal candidate brings experience building strategic partnerships and managing cross-sector collaborations, ideally within the climate technology ecosystem. This individual is equally comfortable engaging corporate executives, technical experts, investors, and mission-driven partners, and thrives in dynamic environments where relationship-building, systems thinking, and execution are equally important.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Partnerships & Policy and will work closely across Elemental’s Partnerships & Policy, Growth, Communications, Finance, and Portfolio & Investment teams. The successful candidate will bring curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset—embracing new ideas, learning from diverse perspectives, and translating insights into action that drives measurable impact.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time "at-will" position working at least 40 hours per week. You will be asked to travel for work periodically.
The salary range for this role is $120,600 - $168,900, which is based on market data and the organization's compensation philosophy. Our offer will be within the range as required by certain state laws and individual salary offers will vary within the range depending on location, relevant education, knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer comprehensive employee benefits, including a professional development stipend and three weeks paid time off.
Location
We strongly prefer candidates located near one of our headquarters: Honolulu, San Francisco, and New York. Elemental has a hybrid working model and if you are within a reasonable distance to one of our offices in New York, Bay Area, or Honolulu, we ask employees to come into the office at least once a week. Currently, most people come in two times a week to build community with team members.
