Senior Manager, Social Media

Common Cause
Full-time
On-site
Lower 48 United States

The Senior Manager, Social Media will lead the next chapter of Common Cause’s digital presence. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a bold, cohesive social media strategy across all major platforms. You will own the social calendar, guide content development, manage one staff member, and work closely with teams across the organization—including Digital, Communications, Development, and state offices—to elevate our storytelling and expand our reach.

This is a deeply creative, highly strategic role with the freedom to experiment, build, and innovate. Our first Sr. Manager, Social Media hire will be an ambitious, proactive social media leader who is comfortable pushing boundaries, testing bold ideas, and aggressively evolving strategy to drive growth rather than maintaining the status quo. You’ll have a wide-open lane to transform our social presence, bring fresh ideas, and make civic participation more accessible, exciting, and culturally relevant.
