Job Description

This role is based in Bangalore.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The LinkedIn Sales Solutions team drives revenue growth for our customers with our flagship product, Sales Navigator. Sales Navigator helps sales professionals find the people they need to know, build relationships, and show up highly prepared for every engagement. We are looking for a seasoned PM to accelerate growth of our self-serve business. In success, you will work with other growth PMs to help the 20M+ sales professionals on LinkedIn successfully find, try and use Sales Navigator. You will empower a diverse team to bring big, ambitious ideas to life!

Key responsibilities:

Learn from our prospects and customers – sales professionals – to understand their needs and pain points, and identify the most valuable problems to be solved

Set the vision, strategy and roadmap to drive Growth for the Sales Navigator in partnership with your cross functional teams, making tough prioritization tradeoffs when needed

Make a big impact by defining requirements and shipping a steady cadence of experiments, product improvements, and new features – from quick wins to big bets.

Balance speed of learning with quality and scalability, and bring clarity to evaluating learnings from experiments.

Understand the competitive landscape, critically the ‘so what’ in how this impacts your own direction.

Empower and motivate a diverse cross-functional team across design, engineering, product marketing, and data, as well as other product teams across LinkedIn.

Clearly communicate learnings to our users and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Growth including mobile and acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in product planning, development and launch; strong analytical skills and aptitude for design

Energetic, solution-oriented mindset in the face of challenges

Ability to motivate and lead a diverse, cross-functional teams, bringing resourcefulness and grit

Team player with a growth mindset, driven to make an impact

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, bringing clarity and making tough decisions when needed

Strong understanding of recent developments in sales tech, LLMs, and product-led growth
