About MiracleFeet

MiracleFeet is a global nonprofit working to eliminate one of the leading causes of physical disability worldwide. Over two million children live with the severe consequences of untreated clubfoot, and at least 175,000 more babies are born with this condition every year. Thanks to a non-surgical solution called the Ponseti method, 95 percent of cases can be fully treated for less than $500. Since 2010, MiracleFeet’s proven, scalable model is supported by a suite of custom measurement and evaluation tools developed with our partners. To date, MiracleFeet has delivered quality clubfoot treatment to more than 113,000 children in 510 clinics in 39 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. We invite you to learn more about our unique model and our impact here. Still, today fewer than one in five children has access to treatment.

In the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), MiracleFeet is at an early but pivotal stage of program growth. Current priorities include launching treatment in Algeria, strengthening implementation in Egypt, and unlocking progress in Chad—a GiveWell-supported priority country. The region presents both opportunities and challenges, requiring strong partnerships with local health providers, alignment with public health systems, and navigation of complex political and social contexts.

Our Team: Culture

Join our movement to work toward a world where all children born with clubfoot realize their rights to quality treatment. We are in it to end it! Our global team is made up of health professionals, social entrepreneurs, project managers, data nerds, innovators, and activists. In accordance with our values, we strive to create a collaborative, collegial, and respectful environment to ensure all staff feel valued, included, and appreciated. In all facets of our work, we celebrate creative thinking and problem-solving.
