Where will I be working?

Reporting into the Funding and Relationships Platform Strategic Lead, you will be an integral part of our Discovery team playing an active role in helping enable Wellcome to become the best place to work, in support of the delivery of the mission

What will I be doing?

As the Senior Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimising (Salesforce) Funding Platform to make sure it meets the evolving needs of the organisation.

  • Salesforce Administrator Qualification and understanding of Service Cloud and Lightning Experience

  • Experience writing user stories and translating them into technical solutions

  • Data management and reporting skills and experience

  • Project management, including Agile methodology

  • Experience in delivering training and writing guidance and knowledge articles
