Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team

As a Senior Solution Engineer (SE) at LinkedIn, you are a trusted, customer-facing partner who helps organisations improve how they hire, develop, and retain talent.

You work closely with Account Directors, Account Executives, and cross-functional partners to support sales opportunities, shape solution approaches, and clearly demonstrate the value of LinkedIn’s platform. Your role is to help customers understand how LinkedIn can solve their business challenges and guide them confidently from discovery through to decision.

You bring a strong balance of business understanding, product knowledge, and communication skills to ensure every interaction is relevant, engaging, and outcome-focused.

You are curious about how organizations operate and how talent, data, and technology contribute to business outcomes.

You seek to understand how companies attract talent, build skills, and engage their workforce, and you connect these challenges to how LinkedIn’s solutions can deliver measurable impact.

You focus on outcomes rather than features, including:

Increasing quality of hire

Strengthening employer brand

Supporting internal mobility and workforce planning

You are comfortable working on complex opportunities and partner closely with Sales to ensure a clear, structured approach that aligns solutions to customer priorities.

You are motivated to build your understanding of how LinkedIn uses data and AI across its products, including areas such as:

Job matching and skills inference

Talent Insights and labour market data

Learning recommendations and workforce development

You are able to explain these concepts in a simple, practical way that helps customers understand their real-world value.

You maintain a growth mindset, continuously developing your product knowledge, market awareness, and ability to connect technology to business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales to support opportunities from discovery through to close, aligning LinkedIn solutions to customer goals and business challenges

Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution narratives across LinkedIn Talent Solutions, LinkedIn Learning, and Talent Insights

Engage with a range of stakeholders, including recruiters, HR leaders, and business decision-makers, adapting your communication style to the audience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
