Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for completing reviews of both content and entities on LinkedIn’s platform. You will need to exhibit and maintain expertise in identifying and understanding abuse perpetrated by inauthentic entities on LinkedIn as well as have the ability to comprehend and apply policies across different content sources. You will be responsible for expert level account and content labeling, contributing to the excellence of operations, and contributing to special projects/initiatives to drive the business forward. You will work with cross functional partners to innovate and define processes and policies that will help mitigate account abuse, content abuse, scams and terms of Service violations and a variety of other issues dealing with the integrity of the site.
Responsibilities:
Weekend shift analyst supporting Content and Account Site Enforcement, escalation triage and escalation protocol (includes mandatory schedule for working Saturday & Sunday)
Independently resolve cases within defined scope, escalating more complex or high‑risk scenarios with guidance when required
Triage and prioritize work based on urgency, risk, and impact
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Policy, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Support, contributing insights and supporting process, workflow, and tooling improvements with guidance when needed
Maintain and grow expertise in content and accounts space, escalation review, trends and rapid response through proactive learning, education and trend sharing with leadership and cross functional partners
Contribute to operational improvements within Site Enforcement by identifying gaps, raising opportunities for improvement, and supporting changes that help maintain and improve quality in a dynamic enforcement environment
Working within escalations and site enforcement review queues at least 60% of time.
Support investigations into metric variations and trends, including assisting with root cause analysis on complex issues and surfacing findings and recommendations to inform operational discussions with guidance
Contribute to development of new processes or procedures for required analytics. Applies processes to gather, organize and review operational data/metrics
Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to help identify, monitor, and communicate emerging trends, escalating more complex patterns or risks to senior team members when needed
Own execution of assigned tasks or project components, clarifying requirements with support, contributing to solution development, and delivering outcomes on time while seeking guidance when appropriate
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: content and account moderations, escalation & rapid response, root cause analysis, or similar.
2+ years experience in content moderation & account labeling for enforcement or measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills using a variety of communication channels
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: escalation & rapid response, escalation prevention, root cause analysis or similar.
2+ years experience in content moderation & account labeling for enforcement or measurement
Passion for understanding and identifying escalation trends and patterns for ongoing prevention
Knowledge of escalation-based protocols and working in a high stakes environment
Experience with structuring and running SQL queries
Experience within executive level communications, escalation management and response
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and spoken communications skills. Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment.
A well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed on time and with quality
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail.
Superior time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
Proven ability to self-manage career performance and professional growth.
Experience with agentic solutions, automating workflows and creating efficiencies through the practical application of AI tools like copilot, claude, etc..
