Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Shared Services Manager serves as a key partner to the Shared Services Senior Management Team and COO. This role drives cohesion and operational excellence across the unit by managing a range of strategic, high-impact, and cross cutting initiatives while aligning Shared Services teams. The Shared Services Manager is essential in advancing work to support unit and organizational objectives. Additionally, the position plays a vital role in shaping communication and engagement for a wide range of contexts within our global organization.

Compensation and Benefits
Resolve to Save Lives prides itself on cultivating a supportive, connected remote team doing work that matters. We do everything possible to ensure our employees are connected and set up for success.
The salary range for applicants based in the US is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. The exact offer will be determined by various factors, such as the candidate’s skills and experience relative to the requirements of the role.
