We are seeking Social Media Managers to help build a parent-focused social media account run by a team of on-camera creators. This is a collaborative, multi-person account where several creators contribute content under a shared brand voice.
We’re looking for creators who can translate science-backed parenting, health, and wellness insights into scroll-stopping vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Success in this role requires not only strong creative instincts, but also the ability to maintain tone consistency across creators and coordinate light posting schedules with teammates.

Responsibilities
Time Commitment & Output
Part time/contractor;
Dedicate 3-4 hours weekly with flexible scheduling;
Participate in one 30-min weekly check-in about the project;
Produce and manage 4+ videos per week for up to 8 months across TikTok and Instagram;
Support growth by connecting with niche-aligned accounts through follows, likes, etc.
Content Development
Create engaging, trend- and news-focused, health-based content that is personal and face-first;
Write platform-optimized captions and post copy aligned with the account’s shared voice;
Maintain consistent tone and brand identity across a multi-creator account;
Receive weekly feedback from your Vocal contact on the previous week’s content, as well as priorities for the upcoming week.
Strategy & Analysis
Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine content approach;
Track and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patterns.
Collaboration
Coordinate light posting schedules with fellow creators to maintain a steady content cadence;
Work effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Campaigns team leadership;
Contribute to cross-platform content initiatives and strategy discussions;
Help ensure continuity and cohesion across all account content.
