The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational
support to both the Chief Experience Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer. This role requires
exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, reliability, and discretion while managing a wide range
of administrative, operational, and logistical tasks.

This is a hybrid position based in Yonker, New York.
How You'll Make An Impact
This position will put your experience partnering with senior executives to work in service of
positive consumer and marketplace impact. On a regular basis you will:
● Provide Executive Support by managing calendars, preparing meeting materials,
handling confidential information with discretion, serve as a liaison for the executives
and coordinate travel.
● Manage operational and administrative needs by tracking the budget--including
processing invoices and reconciling expenses, reviewing and tracking timesheets and
operational documentation and maintaining department records. You will also prepare
NDAs, vendor set-ups, coordinate departmental initiatives and meetings and assist with
workflow processes.
● Ensure cross-department collaboration. You will partner with other administrative
colleagues to ensure alignment on scheduling, communications and organizational
priorities, support planning and logistics for company events, offsites, and key initiatives
and anticipate the needs of the executives and teams, providing proactive solutions and
support.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll Be Highly Rated If:
● You have the experience. A minimum of 5–7 years of administrative experience
supporting senior executives, preferably in a complex or matrixed organization.
● You have the proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and
discretion.
● You have strong organizational and time-management skills, with impeccable
attention to detail.
● You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines under minimal supervision.
● You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Google suite, Zoom, Slack, Confluence, etc.).
● Your experience includes travel/expense management (Concur) and procurement
systems (Oracle).

FAIR PAY AND A JUST WORKPLACE
At Consumer Reports, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation.The target salary range for this position is $85K-$110K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be informed by the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. We have three locations: Yonkers, NY, Washington, DC and Colchester, CT.
