Job Description
This role will be based in Atlanta.

The work location of this role is on-site, meaning it will be performed in the specified office on a full-time basis due to the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Sourcing Services, Sr. Intake Concierge Associate to join our team to ensure a delightful experience for our internal business stakeholders. In this role, you will be the first point of contact in the Source-To-Pay process as they submit sourcing project requests to our Sourcing teams.
This individual will play a key role with our category teams by quickly reviewing the purchasing requirements, validating the request details, and assigning the project to the appropriate team with a high accuracy rate while achieving all metrics. This team will be the “face of sourcing” and will serve as a help desk to all business stakeholders to create a customer centric experience for LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
Ensures a delightful business experience by quickly evaluating the key criteria and potential risks for LinkedIn sourcing projects and assigning to the appropriate team while meeting SLA requirements.
Partners closely with the Global Sourcing Category Teams and Intake Concierge Team (ICT) Manager to ensure proper hand-offs and escalations, as needed
Understands the Voice of the Customer to mitigate pain points, identifies opportunities for improvement, and communicates those to the ICT Manager.
Serves as a “help desk” function for the business by clarifying requests and assigning tickets to the appropriate Sourcing team as quickly as possible
Communicates and documents clearly and efficiently to stakeholders on project assignments.
Participates in continued education training for the ICT and Global Strategic Sourcing team.
Identifies opportunities for improvement for team efficiency by making recommendations to ICT Manager.
Participates in opportunities for the team to assist with other initiatives that require support such as M&A, pipeline renewal support and other projects, as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
3+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience contributing to customer service initiatives within a sourcing organization
Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Experience using and analyzing reports, metrics and dashboards with PowerBI or other applicable tools
Proven experience assisting with change management within a transforming organization
Customer focused, responsive and action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Proficient at managing multiple simultaneous, high impact workstreams
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with senior management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

The pay range for this role is $84,000 to $137,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
