We’re looking for a leader to guide and grow this network—someone with firsthand experience in entrepreneurship or building incredible things, and the vision to shape this group into the future of Stand Together. You’ll help early-stage entrepreneurs realize their potential and play catalytic roles in our efforts to Define the American Dream through transforming education, unleashing economic opportunity, strengthening communities, and bridging the divides that are threatening to tear our country apart.

What You Will Contribute- Lead Stand Together Ventures: Own the strategy, growth, and culture of Stand Together’s fastest growing donor community, ensuring every partner is positioned to contribute based on their unique comparative advantage.
- Build the Community: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential business leaders early in their philanthropic journey—and support their evolution into high-impact partners.
- Drive Partner Engagement: Match partners with our most transformational “100x” opportunities. Support them in co-creating strategies, launching initiatives, and shaping Stand Together’s future.
- Enable Peer Leadership: Create environments—events, salons, working groups—where Stand Together Ventures members connect, learn, and lead together.
- Scale Through Referrals: Design and execute community-driven growth through the Super Recruiter Program, helping Ventures partners identify and engage new members.
- Collaborate Across Stand Together: Work alongside Development, Strategy, Policy, and Program teams to turn partner engagement into meaningful progress on Stand Together’s priorities.

- Proven experience as a founder, investor, or community builder among high-performing peers.
- A builder’s mindset: entrepreneurial, strategic, and biased toward action.
- Exceptional relationship instincts—able to earn trust, spot potential, and challenge high-performers to grow.
- Strong operational acumen coupled with a history of fostering accountability and ownership.
- Ability to connect vision to execution, with a track record of delivering results through networks and partnerships.
- Experience managing communities, donor groups, or executive peer networks is a plus.
