The Role:
Do you have a passion for developing storytelling strategies, identifying and creating impactful, compelling stories that emerge from programmes, influencing, and campaign work? Are you skilled in stakeholder engagement, relationship and capacity building to ensure regular, high-quality content across the Federation for members to use and to enhance the organisation’s external communications profile? This may just be the role for you.
Our Comms and campaigns team is looking for a Storytelling and Projects Manager (secondment) who will develop a storytelling strategy for the ActionAid Federation that reflects our history, identity, priorities, and impact. Identify and cultivate impactful and compelling narratives that emerge from the ActionAid program, with the aim of enhancing our influence and effectiveness in campaign initiatives. Promote, Facilitate, and support the widespread use of storytelling throughout the Federation. Communicate ActionAid Federation’s stories externally.
