The GSMA Industry Security Team is the mobile industry’s focal point for the mobile network security. The team is responsible for coordinating GSMA member security working groups, leading industry wide security initiatives and engaging with global regulators to ensure security is an enabler and not a barrier to next generation mobile services.
The team is responsible for a number of industry wide Cybersecurity schemes including:
• Telecommunications Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (T-ISAC).
• Mobile Co-ordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD).
• Network Equipment Assurance Scheme (NESAS).
Working specifically in T-ISAC, as a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will drive innovation, foster collaboration and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the telecommunication mobile ecosystem. About Industry Security: T-ISAC
T-ISAC is the cybersecurity threat intelligence community for the telecommunication industry, dedicated to facilitating collaboration and intelligence sharing among mobile network operators, mobile virtual network operators and industry stakeholders. T-ISAC provides GSMA members with critical cyber threat intelligence, fostering a trusted environment where telecommunication stakeholders can proactively address cybersecurity threats and reduce risks through the development of best practices. T-ISAC has developed at pace over the past 5 years since its inception; onboarding new organisations, globally, as well as creating products and services to enable T-ISAC members to share valuable telecommunication specific information in a variety of ways.
The team also undertakes industry research, analysis and industry event activities both independently and in partnership with other GSMA teams or GSMA member working groups.

About the Role
The T-ISAC Project Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the daily operations, growth and strategic development of GSMA’s T ISAC. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and is motivated by the mission of strengthening security across the global telecom ecosystem.
You will work closely with the T-ISAC team, GSMA members and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of activities, including information sharing workflows, member engagement, and project delivery. The role involves managing administrative tasks, tracking project milestones, preparing documentation and reports and helping to organise meetings, workshops, webinars and community events.
As T-ISAC continues to expand, the Project Coordinator will contribute ideas, identify opportunities to improve processes and help shape the future of the programme. This is a hands on role with real impact, offering the chance to support a global community of security professionals working together to protect mobile networks worldwide.
We are currently looking for a suitable candidate who will report to the Senior T-ISAC Manager and assist in relation to all duties regarding administration and coordination of GSMA T-ISAC. Duties may include:
• Supporting the coordination and administration of T-ISAC processes and procedures.
• Organising and running on-line meetings and webinars to defined meeting requirements.
• Liaising with hosts and sponsors, managing registration bookings, invitations and agendas.
• Onboarding new T-ISAC members and maintaining the membership database.
• Other duties that may arise with the evolution of this service.
About You
This role is forward facing and requires a candidate that is comfortable engaging with our members face to face or virtually. As such, you will:
• Be organised and systematic, able to follow set protocols.
• Self-motivated, embraces change and can work independently.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced) PowerPoint, Salesforce and SharePoint / Azure (or equivalent).
• Be a good team player with flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have good stakeholder management to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Have a good ‘telephone’ manner, writing skills and the ability to understand and communicate instructions clearly.
• Have good customer-facing skills, be calm and friendly under pressure, understand cultural diversity and tailor behaviour and communication style when dealing with people of different cultures.
• Occasionally travel within the UK and / or internationally to support events or meetings.
• Have previous experience of working in an administrator / coordinator role, supporting a cyber function is an advantage.
• Liaise with marketing and other GSMA stakeholders to ensure T-ISAC online presence is current, inviting and relevant.
