Job Description

This role will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a client-focussed and results driven Enterprise Account Director to accelerate growth for our search & staffing clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our AI-powered Talent Solutions with bold vision and integrity.

You're curious, strategic, and passionate about AI and working at the edge of innovation. You also have a proven ability to help clients unlock their strategic potential. You raise the bar — for customers, teammates, and yourself.

Your Impact

Research and prepare insights that spark better customer conversations

Ask deeper questions, go beyond the obvious, and uncover real needs

Build trusted relationships across orgs, from users to C-suite

Lead with solutions, not features — always tied to client goals

Identify new opportunities and drive long-term customer growth

Adapt messaging to any stakeholder with clarity and relevance

Use AI insights and data to influence decisions and ROI

Mitigate churn by proactively solving for client value

Master account strategy, mapping, and stakeholder influence

Collaborate across teams with humility, speed, and purpose

Own your territory, forecast accurately, and crush quota

Use CRM tools like a pro to manage pipeline, cycle and forecast

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

7+ years in sales, enterprise/strategic experience preferred

Fluent in Dutch, French & English (spoken & written)

Preferred

Proven success with C-level sales and consultative selling

Strong knowledge of SaaS, HR tech and AI

Skilled in forecasting, negotiation & using data to influence

Confident navigating complex deals

BA/BS degree or equivalent
