THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORATE (EXD)

The Executive Directorate (EXD) is the steward of OECD resources, on behalf of the Secretary-General. Our focus is on people and their wellbeing; the effective and efficient management of the budget; the safety and security of staff, Delegations, visitors, and of the OECD’s data; maintaining and sustaining physical and digital infrastructure; and enabling the convening power of the OECD through conferences, meetings and events, whether virtual, physical or hybrid. As well as providing corporate services, functions and management support to our staff and Members, we provide integrated, strategic and expert advice on corporate policies and management issues to the Secretary-General, to Council and to Standing Committees, to which we regularly report on corporate matters. We also provide compliance and risk management functions (for management areas under our purview). THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SERVICE (EXD/HRM)

Within the OECD’s Executive Directorate (EXD), the Human Resource Management Service (HRM) is responsible for providing stewardship of the Organisation’s human capital on behalf of the Secretary-General, with three divisions – the HR Operations Group (HRO), the Client Services Group (CSG) and the Talent Management and Analytics Group (TMA) contributing to the Service’s mission.

CSG acts as the point of contact for all people management matters including recruitment, workforce and performance management, as well as being responsible for the deployment of HR policies and any related change management throughout the Organisation.

CSG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, systems and data, to our Talent Acquisition (TA) team who will report to a TA Manager. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of activities supporting the TA team including recruitment support, project support, recruitment systems and data management. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates with relevant experience in recruitment, systems and data, who are interested in working in a diverse, multi-cultural and dynamic environment.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

Manage recruitment support requests from relevant stakeholders, including panel report submissions and assessment creation.
Manage and coordinate recruitment-related tasks across a range of related tools and platforms (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Maki, etc.) ensuring operational efficiency. Provide user support to key stakeholder groups relating to recruitment tasks and tools, in collaboration with the HR Systems team.
Assist with, and contribute to, recruitment-focused projects and associated deliverables.
Provide support for sourcing and outreach-related processes, as necessary.

Data and System Support

Oversee the integrity and maintenance of recruitment data, working closely with the recruiters, HR Systems and People & Analytics teams to ensure accuracy and alignment;
Contribute to the preparation of regular recruitment data reports, presentations and insights for operational purposes
Serve as the TA team’s primary point of contact for all recruitment system related matters and coordinate with the product owners as necessary.
Lead data cleaning initiatives and engage closely with relevant recruiters and counterparts to ensure correct reflection of recruitment data.
Stay abreast and proactively identify areas of improvement for HR recruitment systems related matters and user experience.
Participate in system implementations project.

Continuous learning and process improvement

Initiate and/or manage process improvement projects and initiatives to deliver greater efficiency and/or effectiveness, particularly using digitalisation and/or automation.
Guide, train, and support Talent Acquisition colleagues in areas of HR systems, recruitment data management and draft process documentation, as necessary.
Pro-actively suggest improvements to existing recruitment processes, workflows and working methods when applicable.
Adopt a continuous learning approach about evolving corporate systems and procedures and other relevant IT tools.
Keep abreast of the relevant HR rules pertaining to assigned workflows.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic Background

University degree, preferably with training in human resource management.

Professional Background

As least 2 years of professional experience working with recruitment systems processes as well as solid experience working with recruitment data and reporting.
Experience in candidate sourcing and outreach would be an advantage. Experience in Human Resource management in an international organisation, or international private-sector setting, would be an advantage.
Proven experience working with different stakeholders and strong skills in client relationship management.
Good knowledge and understanding of human resources (HR) management policies, procedures and practices, or the ability and willingness to acquire this knowledge rapidly.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including solid drafting skills.

Tools

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Power BI), including strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphs, etc.).
Knowledge of HR recruitment software would be an advantage (i.e. SmartRecruiters, Maki, or other Application Tracking Systems (ATS)).

Languages

Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Salary Information

Salary and conditions will depend on her/his status (temporary staff or official).
For temporary staff, salary at EUR 2770.
