Role Overview
The Temporary Project Manager, Federal and State Humanitarian Campaigns, will develop targeted, constituent-facing advocacy and campaigning strategies for the Humanitarian Team as part of the MSF-USA program department’s work in the United States. The Temporary Project Manager will work in the Programs department and have a specific geographic focus on the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT).
They will work to develop and implement grassroots education and advocacy campaigns to engage key constituencies, helping to further add to efforts to address the humanitarian situation in Gaza and other key contexts as requested. They will generate creative campaign ideas and contribute to innovation in advocacy strategies, and support campaign monitoring and learning efforts. They will conduct research and power mapping to identify key decision-makers and influence targets and track political, private sector, and US government developments relevant to advocacy priorities in OPT. They will conduct a landscape analysis of existing efforts in this space by civil society organizations and will coordinate outreach with key allies, coalitions, and networks to advance campaign goals. They will serve as the project lead for this portfolio, which includes travel as needed. They will also work closely with internal teams in Programs, Communications, and other areas to align strategies and implement joint tactics.

Manage the project review process; provide stakeholders with accurate and relevant information and key recommendations at agreed review points to enable them to evaluate progress and agree on change

Compensation
$88,822 to $133,233, depending on experience
Please Note: This is a temporary position expected to run through the end of April 2026. Salary will be prorated based on the duration of the assignment.
