About the team:
You’ll be joining the Key Attendee Success team, who are responsible for ensuring our investors, media attendees and speakers have the best experience at our global events, starting with a seamless and personalised travel experience.
The team works with high profile attendees from the worlds of tech, sport, entertainment, government and more, ensuring a memorable and tailored event.

What you will achieve:
- You’ll manage end to end travel logistics for all of our key attendees.
- You’ll improve processes and workflows that result in an excellent travel experience for our key attendees.
- You will work with internal and external stakeholders, to effectively and efficiently manage travel Ops
- You’ll triage and react to attendee changes, reschedules and cancellations
- You’ll liaise with other teams and ensure clear communication channels exist.
- You’ll foster relationships with some of the most highly regarded organisations, attendees and delegations at our events.
- You’ll become an expert in our travel software, industry tools and global travel trends, helping the company maximise travel efficiency and costs
- You’ll work closely with budgets and finance to ensure compliance and targets.
Skills we like to see:
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a Travel Ops/agent/consultant role
- Strong travel industry knowledge required.
- Experience in the events/travel industry in any capacity.
- Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail.
- Exceptional planning, scheduling and communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated multitasker with the ability to work on your own initiative to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and take up new tasks proactively.
- Knowledge of the tech industry in any capacity is preferential.
