Vice President Private Sector Strategy
Reproductive Freedom for AllAbout Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America)
For more than 55 years, Reproductive Freedom for All and its chapters have fought to protect and expand reproductive freedom —including access to abortion and contraception — for everybody. We are powered by our more than 4 million members from every state and congressional district in the country, representing the 8 in 10 Americans who believe every person should have the freedom to make the best decision for themselves about if, when, and how to raise a family.
Reproductive Freedom for All centers diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in our organization and our work. Continuously learning from our history, we hold ourselves accountable to achieve reproductive freedom with equitable access for everybody. As the oldest and largest national membership organization primarily focused on advocating for abortion access, we organize and mobilize, galvanizing millions of people to take action to defend reproductive freedom, and shining a spotlight of accountability on bad actors who work to impose their ideological agenda on others. We also work to elect champions for reproductive freedom and advance state and federal legislation to safeguard it. For more information on Reproductive Freedom for All, please visit our website.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Campaigns and Advocacy, the Vice President of Private Sector Strategy will design, launch, and lead Reproductive Freedom for All’s private sector strategy, building out a program with several components: a corporate accountability and consumer mobilization initiative; a system that surfaces barriers to care created across the private sector; and a sophisticated framework for ways of working with companies and brands that enhance the organization’s trusted and credible voice. The Vice President of Private Sector Strategy will also build and manage a growing team, represent Reproductive Freedom for All to companies and aligned coalition partners, and work in close partnership with other internal teams.
This role sits at the center of an innovative strategic priority: building Reproductive Freedom for All’s capacity to mobilize its members and supporters as consumers, patients, workers, and investors in order to change the behavior of the private sector — which millions of people rely on for reproductive health coverage, care, and information.
To meet the challenges presented in the post-Roe landscape, this role is charged with building a more durable, intelligence-driven model: one that combines corporate accountability, consumer and worker mobilization, and partnerships into a sustainable program.
