Operations consists of our Brand & Communications, Central Tech, Finance, People, Real Estate/Workplace/Events/Facilities/Security (REWFS), Strategy & Operations, and Ventures teams. These teams provide the essential operations, services, and strategies needed to support CZI’s progress toward achieving its mission to build a better future for everyone.
As a Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive workplace environment. The role is a people management position responsible for the development, strategy, budget, and overall success of all workplace programs areas. The individual in this role will lead a team to create and maintain an efficient, engaging, and positive onsite experience, implementing industry best practices to anticipate problems and proactively support the team to find solutions.
We’re looking for an excellent team player, who will closely collaborate with REWFS (Real Estate, Events, Workplace, Facilities, Security) colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure operational excellence in all services, programs and amenities provided at our Redwood City office(s). Applicants must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and solve problems creatively.
The Redwood City, CA base pay range for this role is $138,000 - $172,000 - $207,000. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time. Actual placement in range is based on job-related skills and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process.
