The Campus Administrative Intern serves as a central point of coordination for front desk operations, internal communications, student and staff support, office logistics, and cross-functional task execution. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone on campus, from students and staff to visitors and external partners.
The position goes beyond traditional front desk duties, involving high-level multitasking, event coordination support, internal follow-ups, and logistical planning. It requires a proactive individual who can balance operational efficiency with a welcoming, solutions-oriented approach.
