Job Description
The position is based out of Bangalore.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Chief of Staff is a key member participating in strategy discussions, leading key initiatives, facilitating business planning, execution and communicating results. A trusted advisor to the Country Manager, Product Head and R&D leader will have wide ranging responsibilities including driving the strategic goals, supporting daily operations and helping advance and operationalize the rhythm of the business. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo, and work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.
The ideal candidate is passionate and have a track record of helping teams excel through analysis, strategy, communications, and operational rigor. We’re looking for an individual that thrives on crafting data-driven strategies, organizing people and resources to drive organizational success.
Run point on critical product initiatives across global product teams
Prepare executives for key meetings by gathering data, background info, decks by understanding stakeholder or audience.
Help organize company-wide or department-specific internal briefing meetings to communicate the strategic direction across geographies
Plan and organize company events, executive visits, including topic selection and agenda preparation.
Help manage business and metrics with focus on budget
Structured communication and timely responses on Slack, teams and emails.
Willingness to travel frequently as the business requires
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years' experience in operations, strategy, management, product management, program management roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and leading strategic and operational initiatives or equivalent role
Background in building products in large, global R&D organizations coordinating with engineering, design and product teams across time-zones
Preferred Qualifications
Collaborated directly with the executive leadership (CXOs) of a global company
Ability to get things done in a complex ecosystem across product and R&D
Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager, Product and R&D leaders
Analyse data and metrics to provide insights for business decisions
Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership to make informed decisions
Oversee and track the progress of key projects to ensure timely delivery
Manage key external and internal relationships
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners
Recurring meetings/reports to monitor progress and flag any issues that could cause delays
Discipline with Slack and Email usage involves establishing clear communication guidelines, setting expectations for response times, ensuring proper use of tools, and promoting a culture of focus and efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills
