THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head, Procurement, the Lead, Procurement is responsible for driving measurable procurement value through expert negotiation, advanced analytics, and deep procurement systems expertise. The role integrates category strategy, supplier relationship management, analytics, and technology enablement to support value for money, governance, sustainability, and risk management across the Foundation’s multi-country operations.

WHO YOU ARE
The annual salary for this position is within the range of $125 000 to $140 000 (CAD) commensurate with experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN RECRUITMENT
The Foundation uses artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled tools to screen, assess, and/or select applicants for this position including, but may not be limited to, the use of AI-assisted resume screening and assessments to support the initial stage of the recruitment process.
