What You'll Do
  • Reimagine Leadership Development for the AI Era: Build programs that develop future-ready, inclusive leaders who can adapt, inspire, and lead across diverse teams.
  • Integrate AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and adaptive learning platforms into every stage of leadership development.
  • Design Next-Gen Learning Experiences: Combine neuroscience, behavioral science, and emerging tech to create experiences that stick. Blend coaching, immersive simulations, and digital-first learning that resonates across geographies, cultures, and identities.
  • Champion Inclusion & Belonging: Embed inclusive leadership principles in all programs, ensuring leaders know how to foster psychological safety, equity, and diverse thinking. Use AI responsibly to democratize access to learning and reduce bias in leadership development.
  • Scale Impact Through Technology: Experiment with generative AI, VR/AR, and learning platforms to create immersive leadership journeys. Use AI to analyze skills gaps, predict learning needs, and deliver just-in-time development at scale.
  • Elevate Culture & Performance: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating change, disruption, and digital transformation.Make learning part of the flow of work, ensuring inclusion and development become a strategic advantage for the business.
  • Measure What Matters: Leverage advanced analytics to track impact and prove ROI. Continuously refine strategies to ensure programs deliver business value and fuel innovation.


Who You Are
  • 10+ years in Learning, Talent, or Leadership Development with proven impact at scale.
  • Deep expertise in leadership development combined with curiosity and comfort in emerging technologies (AI, adaptive platforms, digital coaching tools).
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in learning and leadership strategies.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence and coach executives across cultures and perspectives.
  • Experience embedding learning into organizational culture and driving large-scale transformation.
  • A champion of inclusion, making leadership accessible, equitable, and human-centered.
  • A technologist at heart, leveraging AI and emerging tools without losing the human touch.
  • A storyteller and influencer who inspires leaders to embrace change.
  • A passion for human potential and a mindset that embraces experimentation, agility, and data.
  • A data-driven innovator who measures success not by hours trained but by business outcomes achieved.
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field (preferred)


Where You'll Be
  • This role can be based in London, UK or Stockholm, SWE
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times a week.
