OVERVIEW
The role is within the Nonviolent Peaceforce Ukraine Country office (CO) to provide support and Logistics service to CO and Field teams. We are looking for someone with a passion for organization and accuracy looking to use their skills in complex administration, multi-tasking and problem-solving to make an impact on NP’s operational duties.
JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Assistant is responsible for providing Logistics and Procurement support to NP Ukraine projects and operations at Country Office in Odesa. The main duties include, but are not limited to;
S/he is also responsible to conduct the procurement transactions in a manner to provide the best value and within established procurement policies. S/he will work directly with the Logistics team, Finance, Partnership team and Field teams.
This position reports directly to the Logistics Coordinator.
