We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to join our fast-growing Talent & Creators team. Reporting to beehiiv’s VP of Creators, you’ll own sales, partnerships, and onboarding for a subset of our target creator and talent segment. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our creator ecosystem—sourcing, pitching, and closing high-propensity creators who become long-term champions of beehiiv.


This is a hybrid partnerships + solutions role: part relationship-builder, part operator, you’ll manage the full funnel. From sourcing and closing creators to ensuring they’re set up for growth, monetization, and product adoption.


Ideally, you'll have:

  • 5+ years experience in creator partnerships, sales, or solutions (ideally at a creator-first SaaS company).
  • Proven track record in sourcing, pitching, and closing high-impact creator or public figure partnerships.
  • Strong operational skills and ability to structure scalable onboarding/support workflows.
  • Very familiar with the beehiiv platform and its competitive differentiators.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with creator monetization strategies (ad networks, subscriptions, brand partnerships, etc.).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy and ownership are expected.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, pitch, and close new talent and creators each quarter.
  • Onboarding & Solutions: Own the closed-won → onboarding journey, including follow-ups, projections, and creator materials.
  • Creator Marketing: Partner with marketing and social team to elevate your partners and drive more awareness for beehiiv’s brand.
  • Growth & Monetization: Help creators activate beehiiv’s tools to help grow and monetize their content.
  • Support: Operate within a tiered support system where high-value creators receive dedicated CSMs, while others leverage structured self-serve and support channels.
  • Program Strategy: Partner with VP of Creators to develop ICP targeting to prioritize creators with the highest conversion potential and strongest long-term advocacy.
