Job Overview:

 

This role supports the Chief Executive Officer of Arm, Rene Haas. You will have a critical role, working in the CEO’s Office, in enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness across strategic, operational, and high-visibility engagements—both internally and externally. 

 

Serving as the eyes and ears of the CEO’s office, you will provide insight and perspective that directly influence how the CEO prioritizes time, resources, and focus. By connecting information, people, and context across the organization, you will help shape agendas, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the CEO is positioned to make well-informed, high-impact decisions. 

 

This role demands exceptional discretion, foresight, attention to detail, the ability to remain composed under pressure, and a proactive approach. You will bring a curiosity to understand our industry, ecosystem, and business—enabling you to anticipate needs and execute with agility and insight. 

Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills are vital. You will build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and beyond, partnering closely with senior executives, board members, and external partners as an extension of the CEO’s office.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to the CEO, handling challenging calendars, strategic relationships, and serving as a liaison across internal and external partners.  

  • Lead global scheduling and meeting coordination, prioritizing across time zones and executive needs, including high-profile partner engagements and public-facing events.  

  • Own end-to-end travel and expense management, handling domestic and international logistics, adapting to shifting priorities, and maintaining confidentiality in multi-currency expense reporting.  

  • Support the CEO’s external presence, coordinating keynotes, media interviews, public appearances, and engagements with precision and professionalism.  

  • Lead Arm’s Executive Assistant community, fostering collaboration, building trust, and driving cohesion and knowledge-sharing across the global EA network.  

 

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives—ideally Founders, CEOs, or Presidents—within technology or semiconductor industries.  

  • Proven track record of handling confidential business information and communications with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for managing challenging executive schedules; fluent with tools like Slack, Teams, and Zoom.  

  • Experienced in executive travel and meeting logistics, including booking international travel, coordinating accommodations, and leading flawless meetings and events.  

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, with experience engaging with board members, strategic partners, and media collaborators while maintaining precision under pressure.  

  • Demonstrates strong executive presence with polished written and verbal communication, professionalism, and discretion across all interactions.  

  • Deeply curious and business-minded, with a desire to understand the broader ecosystem and embed meaningfully in the work.  

  • Takes ownership and accountability, operating with sound judgment and consistently upholding Arm’s values and cultural integrity.  

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, staying composed under pressure while handling opposing priorities effectively.  

  • Proactive and strategic problem-solver, anticipating needs, evaluating decisions independently, and navigating intricate information flows with clarity.  

 

 

 

Salary Range:

$143,700-$194,500 per year
