In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities to leverage AI to shape the future operations of Comcast and work to realize those opportunities. You will engage cross-functionally and co-develop business cases, aligning key stakeholders on desired outcomes, AI roadmaps, KPIs, Proofs-of-Concept, and scaling strategies. You will leverage deep familiarity with AI (machine learning and GenAI) to support business leaders on prioritization, tooling approaches, and implementation. You will also have exceptional research capabilities, with your insights informing the larger AI strategy.

The Senior Manager, AI Strategic Transformation demonstrates strategic vision, exceptional research and analysis capabilities, deep familiarity with AI for the enterprise, and has a proven record of project delivery. This role requires someone who likes to think big but can also translate those ideas into meaningful initiatives, build a business case, and drive collaboration to execute them. You will be expected to work independently, partner effectively, and engage senior audiences regularly.
Core Responsibilities
Lead high-visibility AI transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and strengthen Comcast’s competitive advantage.
Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI into critical business functions and customer experiences.
Build compelling business cases and AI roadmaps that align stakeholders on objectives, KPIs, and scalable implementation strategies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams to design, pilot, and scale AI-powered solutions.
Translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and adoption across the enterprise.
Conduct market and technology research to provide forward-looking insights that inform Comcast’s enterprise AI strategy.
Define, monitor, and report on success metrics, ensuring accountability and transparency in outcomes.
Serve as a visible advocate for responsible and purposeful AI adoption, shaping organizational readiness and cultural transformation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Technology- or Business-related field preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, product, or project management, preferably with direct exposure to AI or emerging technologies
Proven experience driving cross-functional execution, capable of adapting to different working styles and organizational cultures
Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and generate executive-ready insights
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to brief senior leaders with clarity and authority
Strong business acumen and business case development skills
A natural curiosity for AI, constantly exploring new tools, platforms, and ideas
Ability to balance future vision with present-day realities, proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and operational
Collaborative leader comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority
