Our Reach programs focus on educating and equipping individuals to understand, identify, and reduce the risk of human trafficking. These programs include educational curriculums, prevention workshops, and awareness campaigns that empower communities to make safety a reality and minimize vulnerability.

JOB PURPOSE
- Support delivering A21’s Reach programs to targeted groups, including local communities, schools, universities, and frontline professionals, ensuring impactful and culturally relevant prevention initiatives.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong network of local and international partners to enhance A21’s prevention efforts and foster collaborative relationships.
- Develop and support relationships with government entities to strengthen partnerships, promote advocacy, and improve coordination in the fight against human trafficking.
- Contribute to all aspects of the Reach program, including program coordination, communications, volunteer management, social media engagement, translations, and resource contextualization, ensuring alignment with A21’s mission and strategic goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ KEY DUTIES
1. Program Coordination and Support
- Assist in adapting global Reach materials, campaigns, and programs to suit the Cambodian context, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Support the design, production, and distribution of Reach materials and campaigns.
- Contribute to research efforts to ensure the accuracy and credibility of country-specific data and statistics.
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and program content.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of Reach programs to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
2. Program Facilitation
- Deliver training sessions independently or in collaboration with the Reach Manager and other team members.
- Coordinate and support Reach presentations in schools, universities, local communities, and with frontline professionals.
- Assist in implementing annual strategies to effectively target key organizations and audiences.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to support program improvement.
- Support the Reach Manager in expanding the network of trained facilitators and prevention advocates.
3. Networking and Partnerships
- Support the development of local and international partnerships to enhance A21’s prevention efforts.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with government entities, NGOs, and community organizations to support program objectives.
- Collaborate with educational institutions on joint projects and events related to anti-trafficking awareness.
4. Volunteer Management
- Assist in the recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and training of volunteers.
- Support volunteers, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to carry out prevention activities.
- Help coordinate volunteer activities nationwide, fostering community-based prevention efforts.
- Support the development and maintenance of an active volunteer network across Cambodia.
5. Mobilization and Communications
- Support the organization and promotion of global campaigns.
- Assist in contextualizing and translating communication materials for local audiences.
- Help manage Reach-related social media accounts to engage the public and raise awareness.
- Respond to inquiries related to Reach programs through designated communication channels.
- Support graphic design and content development for communication materials as needed.
6. Government Relations
- Support program activities by building and maintaining relationships with government officials and agencies.
- Meet with government stakeholders to advocate for anti-trafficking measures and program collaboration.
- Support government-related training sessions, workshops, and awareness events.
7. Reporting and Meetings
- Assist in preparing program-related reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in A21’s local and global meetings, providing updates on program activities.
- Help organize and facilitate quarterly volunteer meetings and events to promote continuous learning and engagement.
8. Financial and Operational Support
- Assist the Reach Manager with budget tracking and financial accountability for program-related expenses.
- Support strategic planning processes for Reach initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist with guest relations, hosting visitors, and representing A21 professionally.
- Maintain organized records of program resources and materials within the office.
- Contribute to prevention campaigns and support office-wide projects as needed.
- Ensuring insurance, legal, health, and child safety obligations are adhered to.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS - Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
ESSENTIAL:
- Fluent in spoken and written Khmer and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse groups.
- Confidence in public speaking, with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire various audiences.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates high integrity, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

DESIRABLE:
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Education, Project Management).
- Experience in training and facilitation, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful sessions to diverse audiences.
- Previous experience working in the anti-human trafficking, NGO, or social impact sector.
- Familiarity with program monitoring and evaluation methods to support data-driven program improvements.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms for communication, outreach, and program promotion.
