TrustedHousesitters is a fast growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace that is redefining pet care and travel.
Here at TrustedHousesitters, we’re on a mission to make travel work better for pets, for their people, and for the global community of animal lovers who look after them. We’ve got big plans on becoming the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people. We’ve built something pretty special: a trusted place where pet owners and sitters connect to keep pets happy at home while their humans explore the world.
We’ve already grown into a global community with members in over 140 countries, a product people genuinely love, and a team of more than 100 brilliant humans powering it all.
But we’re only just getting started. Our goal? To grow to 1 million members and make TrustedHousesitters the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people.
At the moment, a sit starts every two minutes somewhere on the planet. We want that to be every single minute and we know the only way we’ll get there is with the right people in the right roles.
The right people in the right roles will shape our future. So, here’s the big question: Could that be you?
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Senior Growth Analyst to help us scale our referral engine, joining across product and marketing teams where you’ll be focused on delivering product features and IRL magic that get our current members bringing more of their friends into our community. You'll bring the rigour and insight that ensures we bet on the right things.
You’ll operate as a “start-up within a scale-up”: scrappy, curious and iterating quickly, but with a high bar for analytical rigour. You’ll shape how we understand user behaviour, identify growth opportunities, and prove what genuinely drives exponential acquisition.
We have big growth goals. You’ll thrive in this role if you draw energy from challenge, regular change and an ambiguous fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in SQL and experimentation, and is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making.
What you’ll do
Experimentation & Measurement: Design and analyse experiments across product and marketing: referral journeys, incentives, virality mechanics, community events, and new feature tests. Build hypotheses, define success metrics, outline measurement frameworks, and ensure statistical robustness. Turn results into clear insights, action points and repeatable playbooks.
User Behaviour Analytics: Run deep-dive analyses to understand what drives sharing, engagement and conversion. Define measurement approaches and build out performance reporting to give visibility on key initiatives.
Identify Growth Opportunities: You’ll spot patterns in behaviour, funnels and cohorts to surface new growth levers and quantify the size of opportunities and help prioritise experiments or features that could move the needle. You will help to ground ideas with analytical evidence.
Partner Across Product & Marketing: Work closely with Product, Brand and Growth Marketing to align experiments with wider growth efforts. You’ll help evaluate the impact of campaigns, events and other marketing moments on virality and acquisition.
Mentorship & enablement: Support and upskill other analysts and stakeholders across the business, sharing best practices in SQL, experimentation and data storytelling. Empower teams to better understand and use data independently, fostering a culture of curiosity and evidence-driven action.
If you're ready to join us on our mission to become the most loved pet travel solution, we'd love to hear from you!
In your application, please feel free to note which pronouns you use (For example- she/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/theirs, etc).
