Seeking a service provider / communications agency to deliver communication services such as media dissemination, content creation, management of photos and videos, and related services to enhance NESsT brand recognition, focusing on the Peruvian audience.

About NESsT
NESsT is an international non-profit organization with program offices in Europe and South America, and a global leadership team based in the U.S. NESsT’s mission is to invest in enterprises that create quality jobs for underserved communities while sustaining the planet. Our Acceleration Program catalyzes enterprises at the pre-seed stage, helping them consolidate their businesses and prepare for growth. Our Impact Funds invest in enterprises at the seed stage that are investment-ready and need additional support and investment to scale their impact.

OBJECTIVES
Main Objective:
Support the NESsT Communication Team to boost NESsT brand visibility and awareness, focusing on the Peruvian audience, to support fundraising, partnership building, pipeline development, and portfolio impact. Amplify portfolio stories that highlight company milestones and demonstrate impact generated with Portfolio companies, alumni and partners. New material produced between June 2026 to March 2027 should also be promoted.
Specific Objectives:

Generate awareness about NESsT's work and its portfolio through local media dissemination.

Coordinate the identification and management of videography and photography teams to produce portfolio/team videos.

Collect communication materials, including photos, quotes, and videos from events in which the NESsT Peru Team and the portfolio participate.

Support the Peru Team and Global Communication Team in producing relevant content to promote events, including extensive blogs, social media posts, and email templates.

Maintain short-list of local vendors to provide support to NESsT Peru team (photographers, videographers, print production).

Create compelling narrative frameworks that showcase NESsT's impact methodology and results in the Peruvian context. Tailoring messaging for the Peruvian audience while maintaining NESsT’s global brand voice.

Produce diverse formats (press releases, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, videos) to reach different audiences.

Strengthen relationships with existing portfolio enterprises to increase their engagement as NESsT ambassadors.

Recommend and build relationships with local and regional media outlets and partners.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
The service provider should be available for regular meetings and contact with the NESsT Team, media dissemination, and the delivery of the following products over 9 months.

Regular meetings and contact: Availability to attend one hour-long monthly meeting via Microsoft Teams, plus email communication (reading and replying) and contact with NESsT portfolio enterprises

Strategy development: As a part of onboarding, complete a strategy plan and workshop with NESsT Peru and Global Communications Team to inform key goals and deliverables

Content production: Draft and translate content for:

Website: blogs and enterprise profiles

Email: write quarterly NESsT Peru newsletters

Annual reports: contribute to impact reporting in Peru

Sector development: Identify speaking opportunities for NESsT Peru team and portfolio enterprises

Media engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and influencers covering social entrepreneurship, impact investing, corporate engagement and sustainable development in Peru.

(As available) Event attendance: including events planned by NESsT or external organizers where NESsT Peru is speaking/presenting; occasional support with preparation and follow-up.
SCOPE OF PROPOSALS
NESsT is looking for:

Proposals that include a monthly fixed rate in PEN for 15-20 hours/month

A service provider with more than five (5) years of credited experience delivering communication services.

Experience in/knowledge of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, including Indigenous entrepreneurship, social and environmental impact, and/or, corporate sustainability, impact investing sectors a bonus

Fluency in English and Spanish from at least one team member.

A service provider capable of delivering these services remotely.
